The deposit payment will be applied towards the non-refundable quoted fee. Full payment will be required for any ceremony reservation 30days prior to the wedding date. The couple is responsible for obtaining their marriage license and have it ready for the wedding officiant before the ceremony begins.
It’s imperative to begin the ceremony promptly at the time agreed upon. Due to scheduling constraints, I may not be available to begin the ceremony past that time or there will be an additional minimum charge of $25 for waiting time, for every 15 minutes. The first 15 minutes of waiting time are free.
Note: An additional $100 fee will be charged if I do not receive a 30-day written notice prior to your wedding date for any changes or cancellations. There may also be a change in the price quoted if the venue is relocated or rescheduled to a different date.
If you would like to use part of my 40 years of experience in the wedding industry, I would be happy to stage, direct, or attend your rehearsal. Please know that there will be an additional charge as it would involve additional time, meetings, travel, and expenses on my part.
